Seven studies reported that through screening, pharmacists could identify adults with undiagnosed depression. Pharmacists referred adults screening positive for assessment in seven studies and followed up participants in two studies. No study assessed the impact of screening on depressive symptoms or the cost-effectiveness of pharmacists screening for depression. Conclusion: Community pharmacists are able to use depression screening tools to identify undiagnosed adults having symptoms of depression. However, there is little evidence around the impact of this screening on clinical and economic outcomes. Larger, well-designed studies that use a highly accurate, easily administered screening tool and include patient referral and follow-up and pharmacist training are warranted to provide evidence on the impact of community pharmacists screening adults for depression.]]> Tue 10 May 2022 17:14:36 AEST ]]> Impact of pharmaceutical care in the improvement of medication adherence and quality of life for COPD patients in Vietnam https://nova.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:36564 Tue 09 Jun 2020 13:09:47 AEST ]]> Effectiveness of a short training program for community pharmacists to improve knowledge and practice of asthma counselling – A simulated patient study https://nova.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:35383 Thu 31 Oct 2019 14:28:11 AEDT ]]> Budget impact of increasing uptake of denosumab for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis in Malaysia https://nova.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:54001 Thu 25 Jan 2024 13:54:28 AEDT ]]> Pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine associated with reduced lengths of stay for cardiovascular events hospital admissions: experience from the Hunter Community Study https://nova.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:37057 Thu 17 Feb 2022 09:29:52 AEDT ]]> Generation of cardio-protective antibodies after pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine: Early results from a randomised controlled trial https://nova.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:47210 Thu 15 Dec 2022 17:18:38 AEDT ]]> Unintentional Medication Discrepancies at Admission Among Elderly Inpatients with Chronic Medical Conditions in Vietnam: A Single-Centre Observational Study https://nova.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:47437 Thu 08 Feb 2024 15:32:42 AEDT ]]> Implementing clinical pharmacy activities in hospital setting in Vietnam: current status from a national survey https://nova.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:52606 Thu 08 Feb 2024 15:29:24 AEDT ]]> Implementation and Evaluation of Clinical Pharmacy Services on Improving Quality of Prescribing in Geriatric Inpatients in Vietnam: An Example in a Low–Resources Setting https://nova.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:52604 Thu 08 Feb 2024 15:28:14 AEDT ]]> Impact of pharmacist-initiated educational interventions on improving medication reconciliation practice in geriatric inpatients during hospital admission in Vietnam https://nova.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:50555 Thu 08 Feb 2024 15:27:05 AEDT ]]> Determination of the longitudinal validity and minimally important difference of the 8-item Parkinson's Disease Questionnaire (PDQ-8) https://nova.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:7462 Sat 24 Mar 2018 10:46:48 AEDT ]]> Progression of Parkinson's disease as evaluated by Hoehn and Yahr stage transition times https://nova.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:9442 Sat 24 Mar 2018 08:41:33 AEDT ]]> Good research practices for measuring drug costs in cost-effectiveness analyses: an international perspective: the ISPOR Drug Cost Task Force Report-Part VI https://nova.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:9640 Sat 24 Mar 2018 08:35:24 AEDT ]]> Estimation of resource utilisation difference between lithium and valproate treatment groups from the VALID study https://nova.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:14785 Sat 24 Mar 2018 08:26:30 AEDT ]]> Economic evaluations of rotavirus immunization for developing countries: a review of the literature https://nova.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:15367 Sat 24 Mar 2018 08:25:43 AEDT ]]> Audit of diabetes-dependent quality of life (ADDQoL) Chinese version for Singapore questionnaire: reliability and validity among Singaporeans with type 2 diabetes mellitus https://nova.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:11419 s] = 0.5983) and weakly with generic measures (rs=-0.028 for ADDQoL present global QOL scores, 0.310 for EQ-VAS, 0.164 for EQ-5D and 0.281 for SF-6D).
